Kun je de aanbodexplosie nog herinneren die plaatsvond op de laatste dag van september en de eerste dag van oktober? Er werden toen in één week 395 titels toegevoegd door Netflix. Nu blijkt dat een groot deel van al deze titels slechts voor een half jaar vastgelegd zijn.
Maart 2017
In de laatste week van februari gaan er nog veel titels door Netflix verwijderd worden. Vanaf 1 maart 2017 zijn 121 films en series niet meer te zien die nu nog wel op Netflix staan. Het was voor veel titels slechts mogelijk om de rechten voor zes maanden vast te leggen.
Scandinavische titels
Het pijnpunt van de exodus ligt op de voorlaatste dag van februari. Op maandag 27 februari zullen liefst 112 titels voor het laatst te zien zijn op Netflix. Mogelijk keren ze op een later moment weer terug. Die kans kan vergroot worden, door suggesties in te dienen bij de streamingdienst. Helaas verdwijnen er ook na 1 maart nog titels van Netflix. Het valt op dat er verschillende Scandinavische series verwijderd worden door het Amerikaanse bedrijf. Onlangs verdween het tweede seizoen van The Fall al, maar ook deel één zal na de eerste week van maart verwijderd worden.
